Italian Veggie Meatballs

Italian Meatballs2 1/2 cups nine-grain cooked cereal
2 cups bread crumbs, firmly packed
1 cup walnuts or pecans, ground
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 Tablespoon Bragg’s Aminos or soy sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. sweet basil
2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp thyme
Stir all ingredients together. Form into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes on a pan sprayed with Pam. Makes 30-40 balls.
