10 Steps to Optimal Health
1. Drink adequate amounts of pure water (6-8 10-oz glasses) each day. (Isaiah 44:12) |

3. Combine eating with perspiration. Genesis 3:19 Physical activity is critical to good health. |
4. Breath fresh air each day. (Genesis 2:7) |
5. Be grateful and happy it drives away depression and makes a better you. (Proverbs 17:22) |
6. Spend at least 30 minutes in the sunshine each day (Genesis 1:16) |
7. Take time to get adequate rest daily/weekly. (Isaiah 30:15) |
8. Make it your business to exercise self-control in lifestyle choices. (2 Timothy 1:7) |
9. Trust in your Creator to manage the tough problems you face. (Proverbs 3:5-8) |
10. Practice benevolence - the endorphins released mediate good health. (Isaiah 58:6-9) |
